[11].Surah Hud (PBUH)
Ayat 52. "And O my people! Ask forgiveness of your Lord and then repent to Him, He will send you (from the sky) abundant rain, and add strength to your strength, so do not turn away as Mujrimun (criminals, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah)."
English Translation of Hadith
Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar bin Al-Khattab (May Allah be pleased with them) reported that: The Prophet [SAWW](PBUH) said, "Allah accepts a slave's repentance as long as the latter is not on his death bed (that is, before the soul of the dying person reaches the throat)".
[At-Tirmidhi Hadith # 3537].
Lesson : as mentioned above in Surah Hud Ayat 52. "O my people! Ask forgiveness of your Lord and then repent to Him," "The word Ghargharah means the stage when soul is about to leave the body and reaches the throat. In other words, the time when one suffers the agony of death.
